MEMBERS Only Page & Info
For access to the MEMBERS only page and roster information, a login is required. Only confirmed HOA Members are granted access. Members can request access using the account login in the upper right-hand corner to create a member account. Members must provide their name, address, email, and phone number, so they can be confirmed as an HOA Member before access to the portal will be granted. Once approved, members can access the MEMBERS only page.

HOA DUES (per lots)
Current HOA dues are:

due quarterly:

Quarterly statements are sent out for HOA dues, and payment can be mailed to:

Services to HOA
Costs included in the HOA dues.
SEPTIC Tanks:
Septic tanks are pumped annually, and will be done by Elite Septic.
SNOW Removal:
Snow removal for the road will be done by Zach Wipf.
HOA Attorney:
Thomas Linngren.
Road Repair/Maintenance:
Road repairs and maintenance are on a case by case basis, and members are notified in advance of these services.
