HOA DUES (per lots)
Current HOA dues are:

Quarterly statements are sent out for HOA dues, and payment can be mailed to:

Services to HOA
Costs included in the HOA dues.
SEPTIC Tanks:
Septic tanks are pumped annually.
SNOW Removal:
Snow removal for the road is done by Luke Singrey.
HOA Attorney:
Thomas Linngren.
Road Repair/Maintenance:
Road repairs and maintenance are on a case by case basis, and members are notified in advance of these services.
