HOA Meeting Summary (6/11/25):​

Septic tank pumping:

• Have an agreement in place with Elite Septic for $8,289/year.

Snow Removal:

• Luke doesn’t want to do snow removal any longer.  After getting bids from 4 companies it was decided to award snow removal to Zack Wipf.  Zack’s quote was for $80/time.

Road Repair and Crack Seal:

• Joe Medanich will do both patch work at the entrance off old Hwy 81 and crack seal our N-S road to the main entrance and our road in the development.  Quoted $2800 for the patch work and $15000 for the crack seal.  Had other bids and the total were about the same but we would have to use two different companies to get both jobs done.

HOA Dues Status:

• President contacted Ellis Accounting--he is out of town and couldn’t get me numbers, but said the usual two members are behind.  President will look into that when he gets back.

Kids on the Road:

• One thing that was brought up by one of our residents was the kids on motorized and non-motorized bikes, scooters, and what not.  It was requested that we ask the parents to make sure to tell their kids to be vigilant of traffic when they are on the loop. We Do Not want any of them to be hit by cars because they are not paying attention.

NEWS:

• The crack seal and road work project for main entrance off old Hwy 81 is scheduled to start Monday, July 7, 2025.

• HOA website is live--members can setup a login in the member portal to access the member roster--other pages on the website are accessible without the member portal.  Members must list their name, address, email, and phone number when creating their member portal login, as all members will be verified before given portal access.

• HOA dues remain the same: $300/quarter.

• Reminder to watch for people walking, running, biking on the road.
